Booking Policy

1. Reservations & Payment

 

  • Guests may submit a booking inquiry via the website. Please note this is not confirmed until full payment is made.

  • If multiple inquiries are received for the same date and unit, priority will be given to the guest who completes payment first.

  • To secure a unit immediately, guests may use the online payment option.

  • Accepted payment methods:

    • Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard

    • Bank Direct Debit: BPI, Union Bank, RCBC

    • eWallets: GrabPay, PayMaya, GCash, ShopeePay

    • Over-the-Counter: 7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier

    • Pay Later: Billease

2. Security & Identification

  • All guests must wear resort-issued wristbands at all times during their stay.

  • The group’s assigned representative must present a valid government-issued ID and sign a waiver upon check-in. Entry will be denied if requirements are not met.

3. Guest Numbers & Visitors

  • Additional persons beyond the declared reservation count will be charged accordingly.

  • Visitors, friends, or drivers staying longer than 15 minutes at the Pavilion or Pool Area will be charged a corresponding fee.

4. Deposits

  • Incidental Deposit (per night):

    • Double/Triple Rooms: ₱1,000

    • Quad Rooms, Suites, Cabins: ₱2,000

    • Two-Bedroom Villa: ₱4,000

  • Refunds: Cash deposits reimbursed upon checkout; card deposits refunded to the same card.

5. Government Fees

  • A DENR & Municipal Ecological Fee of ₱60/person will be collected upon check-in, as mandated by law.

6. Food & Beverages

  • Corkage fees are waived for food and drinks brought inside the resort, except for:

    • Whole lechon

    • Beer, wine, and liquor

7. Recreational Facilities

  • Facilities such as billiards and music rooms are available by reservation and subject to fees.

  • Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • A 30-minute interval between bookings is required for disinfection.

8. Pets
 

  • Guests bringing pets will be charged:

    • Cleaning Fee: ₱1,000/pet/day

    • Incidental Deposit: ₱1,500/pet (refundable upon checkout)

9. Discounts

  • Senior Citizens and PWDs are entitled to either the promotional discount or the 20% statutory discount, whichever is more favorable.

10. Conduct

  • The resort reserves the right to remove unruly or harmful guests who pose a threat to others.

Cancellation & Rebooking Policy

General Rules

  • Full payment is required to confirm reservations.

  • Down payments are not accepted.

  • All major credit cards are accepted.

Refunds

  • 50% refund if cancellation is made at least 90 days before the event.

  • 25% refund if cancellation is made at least 45 days before the event.

  • No refund if cancellation is made less than 45 days before the event (considered a no-show).

  • Refund policies do not apply to rebooked transactions.

Rebooking

  • Reservations are transferable.

  • Rebooking fees:

    • Two-Bedroom Villa: ₱6,000/night

    • All other units: ₱3,000/night

  • Bookings during SALE periods are non-refundable, but may be rebooked or transferred.

  • Price differences apply for rebooked stays.

  • Rebooking due to personal reasons must be requested at least 15 days before check-in via email.

  • Rebooking due to LGU or National Government mandates:

    • A Travel Voucher equal to the paid amount will be issued, valid for 3 months.

    • Rebooking fees are waived.

    • Price differences apply if booking details change.

    • Bookings remain non-refundable but transferable.
