Cancellation Policy
No Refund & Rescheduling Policy No Refunds: All confirmed bookings are non‑refundable. Rescheduling: Guests may reschedule their booking only once, provided the request is made at least 30 days prior to the original arrival date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. No‑Show: Failure to arrive on the scheduled date without prior rescheduling will result in forfeiture of the full payment.
