Service Description
Your team will be accommodated in all Standard Rooms, two Pool Suites, and the Sta. Teresita and Sta. Rita Villas. The package also provides full access to the conference room and a complete set of meals: breakfast, morning snack, afternoon snack, lunch, and dinner.
Cancellation Policy
No Refunds All confirmed bookings are strictly non‑refundable. Payments made are considered final and non‑transferable. Rescheduling Guests may reschedule their booking only once, provided the request is submitted at least 30 days prior to the original arrival date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Any rescheduled booking must be within 6 months of the original date .No‑Show Failure to arrive on the scheduled date without prior rescheduling will result in forfeiture of the full payment. No credits or future booking allowances will be issued. Damages to Property Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property, facilities, or furnishings during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged directly to the guest and must be settled prior to check‑out. The resort reserves the right to pursue further legal action for significant damages or losses. Force Majeure In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the resort (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, civil disturbances, or other acts of God), the resort reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings. Under such conditions, refunds will not be issued. Guests may be offered a rescheduling option subject to availability, but this cannot be guaranteed. The resort shall not be held liable for any costs, damages, or losses incurred by guests due to such events.
